Account information. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive basic account details such as your name, email address, and a unique user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only Apple's private relay address.
Game data. We store information related to your gameplay, such as your display name, coin balance, streaks, scores, and progress, so your account works across sessions and devices.
Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of what you purchased so we can deliver your coins or items.
Device and usage information. Like most apps, Hoops IQ and our service providers may automatically collect information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, general usage activity, and advertising identifiers.
Hoops IQ relies on trusted third-party services that may collect and process information under their own privacy policies:
Hoops IQ displays ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier. On iOS, we will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your advertising identifier for tracking; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can also limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above to operate the App, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the App.
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the App (where available) or by emailing us at the address below. Once deleted, your progress, coins, and purchases cannot be recovered.
Hoops IQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard services and safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
