These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hoops IQ mobile app ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Hoops IQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hoops IQ. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Hoops IQ is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any products or services they promote.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and any coins or items in those accounts may be forfeited.
Trivia questions, answers, and player or team information are provided for entertainment purposes only. We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but rosters, stats, and records change frequently, and we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
The App, including its design, logo, code, graphics, and original content, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Hoops IQ is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any of its teams, or any players. All team names, player names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice.
If you downloaded Hoops IQ from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
